As a team-oriented leader with an innovative and creative approach, Tiffany specialises in global project development for the media and entertainment industries. She is an expert in brand partnerships, strategy, marketing, and content curation, integrating business with lifestyle brands, culture, and the arts.
Tiffany led the national multi-million-dollar artist grant funding organization MuchFACT, a division of Bell Media Inc., (2006-2016). MuchFACT elevated the Canadian music and film industries with financial support to produce music videos and promotional content, directly contributing to the international success of Canadian artists including Grimes, Alessia Cara, Daniel Caesar, and Majid Jordan, and produced notable collaborations with featured artists such as Drake, The Weeknd, Snoop Dogg, Ghostface Killah, RZA and Future. Booking performances from such artists as A Tribe Called Red, Sean Leon, A L L I E, Dragonette, and Bambii. As an A&R talent scout, Tiffany is skilled in identifying future trends in music and Canadian stars on the rise such as Jessie Reyez, Kaytranada, River Tiber, Charlotte Day Wilson and BADBADNOTGOOD. She oversaw all day to day operations of the program, and produced high profile events including the MuchMusic Video Awards Official After Party, Nuit Blanche Installations, South By Southwest performances and JUNO Awards events.
Tiffany was Director of Women in Music Canada (WIMC) national music organization, and helped to establish its presence on the music scene in the country (2016-2018). Under her leadership, WIMC created development opportunities for industry professionals and amplified awareness of gender equality initiatives in the music industry on a global scale, synergizing with chapter partners in the UK and America. During her time there, she developed a collaboration with the Canadian Consulate to produce the 2018 Pre-Grammy Women in Music luncheon, hosted by Phyllis Yaffe, the Consul General of Canada at her official residence in New York City in partnership with the Canadian Independent Music Association and Women in Music America.
Tiffany was the global Artist Manager to Australian R&B musician Hoodlem (2017-2019), as featured in The FADER, LADYGUNN, ASide, Complex UK, Nylon and on BBC Radio 1Xtra.
As a music industry advisor and active community member, Tiffany sits on a number of boards and committees and is currently a member of the Music Ontario R3 Advisory Committee supporting Rap, Hip Hop and R&B creators. She has also sat on vital music industry committees including the Ontario Creates-Ontario Media Development Corporation Music Committee, Toronto Womxn in Music Organizing Committee, Canadian Independent Music Association International Talent Committee, JUNO Awards Jury, and a South By Southwest Conference panelist in 2018.
