Founder & Music Industry Consultant Tiffany Ferguson is a globally minded music industry executive who builds partnerships, develops talent, and creates high-impact cultural programming that connects artists, industry, and audiences across media, live events, and international music initiatives.
With more than twenty years of experience spanning the cultural and commercial sectors, Ferguson has held leadership roles with nationally recognized organizations including the Songwriters Association of Canada, MuchFACT, a division of Bell Media Inc., and Women in Music Canada.
Through TEAL HEAT, she develops industry programming, partnerships, and export initiatives for organizations including MusicOntario and the Canadian Independent Music Association (CIMA). Her earlier career included roles at Orange Lounge Recording Studios, The Feldman Agency, and True North Records, providing experience across artist development, live events, and record label operations.
At Canada's largest broadcast and media company, Ferguson supported the early development of musicians and filmmakers through music video production funding, contributing to the international promotion of Canadian talent.
Known for building collaborative industry initiatives, Ferguson has produced songwriting camps, international showcases, and cultural events in partnership with major media broadcasters, national recording academies, and government agencies.
A dedicated mentor, advisor, and advocate for music creators, Ferguson has served on committees and juries for the JUNO Awards and Ontario Creates. She also recently earned The Osgoode Certificate in Entertainment Law from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University and the Crowd Safety Management Certificate as part of her ongoing professional development.
